Go to the Request A Quote and enter in all your information. Don’t forget to upload your artwork with the specific requirements met! From there, we will process all your information and respond with a quote for your order, along with a Graphic Placement Sheet of what your order will look like. Once you give us your approval, we will then begin your order.
Once we receive and digitize your artwork, we will know exactly how many stitches are in your design and be able to properly quote your order.

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 days after approval of artwork.
Of course! Rush orders are typically less than 7 days and are an additional 30% on top of your original invoice.
We are able to embroider up to 15 colors on a garment.
Yes, you sure can! Depending on size of spool, costs rage from $6.00 to $12.00.
The preferred graphic file is a vector file. If unable to provide a vector, a .PDF or .JPEG with at least 300 dpi is the next best thing. We also accept other formats, but please understand the better quality artwork you provide, the better quality print you receive. All artwork should be sized to the size you want your print. We are able to work with any file format, but computer graphic charges may apply. Click here to find out more about artwork requirements.
Once you request a quote, we will follow up with a Graphic Placement Sheet where you need to approve the location and sizing of the artwork that you provided. Once you approve the Graphic Placement Sheet, we will confirm all order information and get your order on the production schedule.
