Screen Printing Questions

Have a question? Find the answer here!

1.) What do we need to do to place a screen printing order?

Go to the Requeat A Quote and enter in all your information. Don’t forget to upload your artwork with the specific requirements met! From there, we will process all your information and respond with a quote for your order, along with a Graphic Placement Sheet of what your order will look like. Once you give us your approval, we will then begin your order.

2.) Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, our minimum order size is 12, but feel free to contact us to find out what quantities you achieve price breaks at.

3.) What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround time is 7-10 days after approval of artwork.

4.) Can we get a rush order?

Of course! Rush orders are typically less than 7 days and are an additional 30% on top of your original invoice.

5.) Can we mix and match different garment styles, sizes and colors?

Yes, there is no limit to mixing and matching garments.

6.) Do you offer ink color matching?

Yes, we do offer this, but is an additional cost. Ink color matching is $40 per color. There is no additional charge for the use of our standard colors.

7.) How many colors can you print on a garment?

We are able to print up to 6 colors, without an underlay. If the use of an underlay is necessary, 5 colors is the maximum.

8.) Are there specific artwork requirements?

The preferred graphic file is a vector file. If unable to provide a vector, a .PDF or .JPEG with at least 300 dpi is the next best thing. We also accept other formats, but please understand the better quality artwork you provide, the better quality print you receive. All artwork should be sized to the size you want your print. We are able to work with any file format, but computer graphic charges may apply. Click here to find out more about artwork requirements.

9.) What is the artwork approval process?

Once you request a quote, we will follow up with a Graphic Placement Sheet where you need to approve the location and sizing of the artwork that you provided. Once you approve the Graphic Placement Sheet, we will confirm all order information and get your order on the production schedule.
