General Questions

1.) What are your turnaround times?

For most orders, we ask for a week to get your order to you. Most often, we are able to have your order ready in under that time, but we try and plan for our busiest times. If your order has a tight deadline, let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate.

2.) What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s and personal checks or money orders. Please specify payment type when placing your order.

3.) When do I have to pay the invoice?

Unless you have established a relationship with our company, 50% of the invoice is due before we order your garments. This payment then allows us to schedule you into our production calendar, while the balance is then due upon the completion of your order.

4.) How do we get net terms? What are the most common net terms?

Net terms is a case by case basis, and is mostly dependent on how much merchandise you sell. We want to help all our clients as much as possible, but net terms for bands that have a slow turnover of merchandise and only order once a year isn’t feasible. We are proud to offer this benefit to our customers, so please contact us directly to find out if you are eligible for net terms today!

5.) Do you charge an art fee if I supply the design?

If your design is print-ready in the format we need, no art fee necessary! If we need to make any edits to get you artwork the best if can be, an art fee will be estimated before starting on your design.

6.) What is print-ready artwork?

We want your shirt to be the best it can be, but we need high quality artwork for that to happen.

-Vector artwork is best (.AI or .EPS). Please size artwork accordingly and convert all text to outlines.
-Photoshop artwork is next (.PSD or .PDF). Artwork will need to be high quality at 300ppi.
-Other images are last (.JPG or .TIFF). This images will also need to be at a quality of 300ppi.

Normal max-sizing for a men’s shirt front is 10-12″ wide and 8-12″ tall. If you have special size requirements, please don’t hesitate to ask.

7.) What if I find an error?

While we make every effort to make your order as perfect as possible, we occasionally make errors when preparing your artwork. We need you! We will send out an approval Graphic Placement Sheet (GPS) before printing starts. Your approval of spelling, omissions, etc. will be considered final. We will not take responsibility for printing an incorrect order after approval from you, the customer.

8.) Can I bring my own apparel to be printed/embroidered?

Yes you can! As long as your apparel is in “new” condition, we will be able to decorate it. In the rare case that there is a mistake, we will not be responsible for replacing customer supplied garments.

9.) Can you get a piece of apparel that I don’t see on your website?
Most of the time, yes! We have many apparel providers from multiple warehouses and we will do all we can do get you what you need.
